We invited suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following positions.

ACADEMIC POSITION

Teachers (Arts, Information Technology, ESL and Learning Support)

•  Demonstrated high quality teaching skills which support improvements in student learning within the specified learning area(s)

Demonstrated ability to incorporate the use of learning technologies in learning and teaching programs

Ability to assess and monitor student achievement and to provide reports to parents which keep them regularly and fully informed of their children's progress

Ability to maintain high behavior and discipline standards which promote a positive classroom environment

Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of programs, within school policy guidelines, which promote excellence in student learning in an international environment.

Capacity to respond to emerging educational needs and priorities in an international environment.

Demonstrated commitment and active contribution to a broad range of school activities, including co-curricular programs.

 Candidates should, as a minimum possess a teacher qualification plus degree in area of expertise from the countries such as the UK, USA and Australia.

NON-ACADEMIC POSITIONS

Assistant Manager/Executive -Procurement

Sourcing and purchasing of resources and materials for the Schools

Proper management and control of inventories

Preparation and comparison of price analysis, product range review and vendor analysis reports

Negotiating terms and prices to ensure the best benefits for the organization

Regular management reporting and assist in preparation of budget

Experience in set up and management of purchasing system is an added advantage

Candidate should be a Certified Purchasing Manager and have at least 3 or 5 years of relevant working experience.

Accountant

  Must be hands on and meticulous in his/her work with little supervision

  Able to handle full set of accounts, bank reconciliation, fixed assets management, management reporting, budgetary projections and systems implementation

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent and have at least 3 or 5 years of relevant working experience.

Network Engineer

Assisting in the design, testing and implementation/maintenance of network projects including installation and configuration of network & security hardware

Hands-on experience in installing and active troubleshooting of the network equipment such as routers, switches, firewall, etc.

Experience in CISCO, Juniper, Nomadix, network & security as the minimum

Strong knowledge in encryption, architecture, protocols, content security and SSL VPN/IPSEC range of products and solutions

Ability to manage a large pool of computers

Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Executives - Admissions

Answering enquiries on admissions through phone and email

Meeting with parents/guardians to provide information and conduct tours around the campuses

Arranging interview appointments with the Heads of School for potential students

Answering calls, attending to visitors/parents at front office and following-up on parents requests

Updating and maintaining students files and records and data entry

Providing administrative support to the academic team

Candidate should possess at least a Degree/Diploma with 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience.

 Assistant Manger/Executive - Marketing

Identify, plan and implement advertising and marketing activities

Developing marketing collaterals (advertisements, newsletters, prospectus, flyers, etc

Maintain websites and all marketing communications functions

A flair for writing, with a strong background in English

Creative and artistic flair

Candidate should possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Marketing with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Librarians

Process book loans and shelving of returned books

Assist in procurement of library materials and stock taking

Conduct library user education programmes and assisting

Catalogue new arrivals and process them for display on the shelves

Follow-up on student and staff requests, and overdue books

Candidates should possess at least a Degree/Diploma with minimum 2 years of library service experience.

Science Laboratory Technicians

Delivering and setting up materials and equipments for classes

Making up and testing solutions

Keep inventory of stock. Identify needs and request for materials in time

Keep labs and equipments clean and in good condition

Cleaning laboratory work surfaces, sinks and equipment

Assist teachers in the lab as necessary

Candidates should possess at least an A level certificate / Diploma with the relevant Science as a subject with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and a strong team player. You should be comfortable working independently and with initiatives in a fast-paced and multi-task environment.
