I understand that this document forms part of the Admission documentation required for Admission to Raffles International School and for the statutory registration with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority/ Ministry of Education/ Dubai Education Council or their respective successors. For required documents not attached, I/we undertake to furnish such documents by the date specified by the school, failing which the admission maybe subject to cancellation.
